PawTricks beinhaltet ein Pro-Upgrade, welches zusaetzliche Funktionen, wie bspw. eine Verfügbarkeit aller Tricks und weiteres, anbietet. Das Pro-Upgrade kann dabei als einmaliger (lebenslanger) Kauf oder als automatisch verlaengerndes Abo durch einen In-App-Kauf durchgefuehrt werden.

- iOS: Der Kauf wird ueber Ihr iTunes-Konto abgewickelt.

- Abos mit automatischer Verlaengerung werden automatisch verlaengert, wenn die automatische Verlaengerung nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende der aktuellen Laufzeit deaktiviert wird.

- Die Verlaengerungsgebuehr wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ablauf der urspruenglichen Abo-Laufzeit von Ihrem Konto abgebucht.

- Sie koennen Ihre Abos in Ihren Kontoeinstellungen verwalten und auch die automatische Verlaengerung deaktivieren.

- Sofern vorhanden verfallen ungenutzte Testzeitraeume von Abos, wenn ein Abo-Kauf durchgefuehrt wird.

PawTricks lehnt ausdruecklich jegliche Gewaehrleistung fuer die App ab. Die App wird "wie besehen" ohne jegliche ausdrueckliche oder stillschweigende Gewaehrleistung bereitgestellt. PawTricks uebernimmt keine Gewaehrleistung oder Haftung fuer die Richtigkeit oder Vollstaendigkeit aller Informationen, Texte, Grafiken, Links oder anderer Inhalte, die Teil der App sind. PawTricks lehnt jegliche Gewaehrleistung in Bezug auf Schaeden ab, die durch die uebertragung von Computerviren, Wuermern, Zeitbomben, Logikbomben, Trojanern oder anderen Computerprogrammen dieser Art verursacht werden. PawTricks lehnt auch ausdruecklich die Weitergabe jeglicher Gewaehrleistung oder Garantie an Benutzer oder Dritte ab.

HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS

In keinem Fall haftet PawTricks fuer Schaeden (einschliesslich, aber nicht beschraenkt auf, jegliche Art von Gewinnverlust, Betriebsunterbrechung oder Datenverlust). In keinem Fall haftet PawTricks fuer Datenverlust oder fuer indirekte, spezielle oder Folgeschaeden (einschliesslich Gewinnverlust) oder fuer Schaeden aus Vertraegen, unerlaubter Handlung/Verhalten oder sonstige Folgen. PawTricks haftet nicht fuer den Inhalt des Softwareprodukts, einschliesslich Verleumdung, Rechte der Allgemeinheit, Privatsphaere, Markenrechte, Betriebsunterbrechung, Koerperverletzung, Verlust der Privatsphaere, moralische Rechte oder die Weitergabe vertraulicher Informationen.

Der Benutzer erkennt an, dass die Software moeglicherweise nicht frei von Fehlern ist und nicht alle Anforderungen erfuellt. Die Installation und Nutzung erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
Obwohl PawTricks unter besten Anstrengungen getestet wird, verwendet es Datenbanktechnologien, die moeglicherweise abstuerzen oder auch beschaedigt werden koennen (Datenverlust). Der Benutzer ist fuer etwaigen Datenverlust verantwortlich. Es wird dringend empfohlen, regelmaessig Backups der Datenbank zu machen.

Die Software wird ohne jegliche ausdrueckliche oder stillschweigende Gewaehrleistung zur Verfuegung gestellt. In keinem Fall haftet der Autor fuer Schaeden, die durch die Nutzung dieser Software entstehen.

PawTricks includes a Pro upgrade that offers additional features, such as unlimited access to all tricks and more. The Pro upgrade can be purchased either as a one-time (lifetime) purchase or as an automatically renewing subscription via in-app purchase.

- Android: The purchase is processed through your Google account.

- iOS: The purchase is processed through your iTunes account.

- Subscriptions with automatic renewal are automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- The renewal charge will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

- You can manage your subscriptions in your account settings and disable auto-renewal.

- Unused portions of free trial periods (if offered) will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

PawTricks explicitly disclaims any warranties for the app. The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. PawTricks makes no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy or completeness of all information, texts, graphics, links, or other content that is part of the app. PawTricks disclaims any warranty for damages caused by the transmission of computer viruses, worms, time bombs, logic bombs, trojans, or other malicious software. PawTricks also explicitly disclaims the transfer of any warranties or guarantees to users or third parties.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

In no event shall PawTricks be liable for damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss). PawTricks shall not be liable for data loss or for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) or for damages arising from contract, tort, or otherwise. PawTricks is not liable for the content of the software product, including defamation, rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruptions, bodily harm, loss of privacy, moral rights, or the disclosure of confidential information.

The user acknowledges that the software may not be free of errors and may not meet all requirements. Installation and use are at the user's own risk.
Although PawTricks is tested with best efforts, it uses database technologies that may crash or become corrupted (data loss). The user is responsible for any data loss. Regular backups of the database are highly recommended.

The software is provided without any express or implied warranties. In no event shall the author be liable for damages resulting from the use of this software.
